On-line Support Services
We now offer an online
service to assist you with Simply Accounting. This service allows us to set
up internet meetings with you and give you immediate assistance without
visiting your office.
The advantages of this
service are:
- A small file is
transferred to your computer that allows me to see your computer screen and
see the actions you are performing. You must have high speed internet
access and the transfer takes less that a minute. There no appointment for
a visit to your office and you receive faster service.
- On-line meetings,
either individual or small groups, as follow-up to training secessions can
be held.
- Conference
presentations and demos can be given to your staff. Training can be given
to your staff, on your Simply Accounting system, using your data.
Therefore, training is specific to your requirements.
