Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and former corporate controller, is the president of WPE Inc., a private accounting and consulting firm specializing in accounting, business management, administrative systems, and computerized accounting consulting.
Wayne's experience also extends to new business start-ups. During his corporate career, he was a founding director of two corporations and instrumental in all statutory aspects of the start-up. He also created the personnel, operations, and sales functions and systems.
Wayne's philosophy is to work closely with his clients as partners and develop a full understanding of their business. In this manner he is able to give personal and appropriate advice on the business transactions and the direction of the business to assist the entrepreneur in the decision-making process.
